"other info"

This is a sad boring page. I didn't want to have "privacy policy" or "legal" or "terms" on the homepage, so it comes under the heading "other". But really, "legal" would have been a better name.

Look, I'm not a company. I don't have an army of lawyers. There's no privacy policy or terms of service (yet).

I collect some usage stats. I have no way of knowing where you live or who you are unless you tell me - if you don't want your information made public then don't share it.

Regarding your intellectual property
I will be putting a "choose your licence" feature in place soon(ish) - until then, I'll just have to ask you before I do anything with you data.

I'm a nice guy. I'm not about to take your data and sell it to the Russian Spam Mafia. You cannot have "all rights reserved" on the data you submit to me - that would prevent me creating thumbnails of your images for instance. I need to be allowed some control over your data. But I don't want to say "it's mine! All mine!" whenever you submit something (unlike wikipedia, for example).

Bottom line
At the moment it's a grey area, but I hope that with the "choose your licence" feature we can clear it up - until then, you'll just have to trust me.
