about the find:

I acquired this book for a whole 27 cents from a second hand shop. Hidden behind the book's dust cover was a letter written by the author in 1922; 24 years prior to the books publication. The address on the envelope was at one point scratched out and readdressed. The new location, Camp Keen, is in the mountains about 20 miles away from where I purchased the book. The camp is still operating today, but has been renamed. I plan to work on finding some more info on both parties and will update this if anything else is discovered.
